Note: Unless any of the following sections are expressly deleted and initialed by both parties, they shall be deemed to be part of the Scope of Duties, Other Obligations and Services agreed to be undertaken by the Managing Agent
Professional Consultant Services
To engage with prior approval of the Management Corporation, advocates, solicitors, accountants, auditors, surveyors, architects, engineers and other professional advisors as the Managing Agent may deem desirable or necessary to enable it to carry out its duties herein. All cost including advertisement expenses in connection with the engagement shall be borne by the Management Corporation.
